Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Calystrix platform, including any associated services, dashboards, and communications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

This document is a general template provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified professional before being relied upon as a binding legal agreement.

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Calystrix promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Data and Third-Party Connections

Where you choose to connect banking, accounting, or other third-party data sources to Calystrix, you authorise Calystrix to access and process the relevant data for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share such data. Calystrix's handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calystrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Calystrix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calystrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Calystrix's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

Calystrix may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its discretion, including in cases of suspected breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process described within the Service or by contacting Calystrix directly.
